A great vacation awaits you at this lovely Conway, NH cottage with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people without bunk beds! This home offers beautiful open beams in the living and dining area and large windows throughout the home that offer plenty of natural light. During the winter months there is a beautiful un-obscured view of the Moat Mountains which can be enjoyed from the master bedroom as well as the loft. The summer months are just as enjoyable as you are only a short distance from beautiful Pequwaket Beach.
As your vacation begins you step through the doors into a great mudroom where you can leave your skis in the winter or your water toys in the summer. The kitchen, dining and living area are all included in a beautiful open concept design on the main level. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter space as well as cupboards, a large sink, dishwasher and small breakfast bar. The living room is tastefully decorated and offers a warm gas fireplace and a large 60” flat screen TV, perfect for a great movie or the big game! Also on the main level you will find a full bath, bedroom with 3 twin size beds (sleeps 3) and a bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2). On the second level of this home you will find an open family room with TV and futon (sleeps 2). Also on the second level is a bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), master bath with standup shower and master bedroom (sleeps 2) with gas fireplace. The third level offers a loft-like sleeping space with double bed (sleeps 2), half bath and bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2). Located right above the third floor bedroom you will find the loft with queen bed (sleeps 2) surrounded by large windows offering a picturesque view of the Moat Mountains as well as Pequwaket Pond. Last but not least we head back down to the finished basement, where you will find the game room that features a great pool table that also has a foosball top and ping pong top, some bar stools and a TV. This is a great rental for any time of the year and has a convenient location to all the shops, restaurants and attractions that are here in the Mount Washington Valley!
Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.

Summary: This is a really great place for large groups, we had 12 people and could’ve accommodated more. it’s well equipped and maintained. It includes a beautiful, sandy beach, and a nice shady area for when you want to hide from the sun.

Summary: Great place for family vacation enough room for our large family. The home is multi level first floor is great for family members with young children or older adults that have trouble with stairs. Full bath and two bedrooms on main floor. Second floor has additional common space two bedrooms and bathroom (awkward set up) but we made it work. Another bedroom on third floor and then loft great view. Basement had pool/ping pong table combo and area for darts. Back yard fire pit and lots of chairs. Beach a-little bit of a walk but you can also drive it is very nice and clean we brought our canoe and had no trouble getting around. We brought two dogs the road can be busy but we found a nice trail nearby to walk them . The house had plenty of fans which was great! We had a few warm nights.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 11 people for a motorcycle road trip for the last weekend of Laconia Bike Week 2023. We stayed 3 days at the rental chalet "Giese" through Select Real Estate. We had great service from Courtney, this was our third time doing cottage rentals in the Conway area with Courtney. The chalet "Giese" was wonderful in every way. Space for everyone to sleep comfortably, we could all eat at the same table and plenty of space in the living room to sit everyone. There was a propane gas BBQ on site (even a brand new BBQ!!) and we were able to grill for dinner. The chalet was spacious, very clean when we arrived, and very well equipped with dishes, utensils, pan. I definitely recommend renting the chalet "Giese" if you are a group of friends who want to spend quality time together. If I am asked what could be improved (honestly there is not much negative to say...); It would have been nice to have a toaster on site (with 4 slices) for mornings, most of us wanted to have toast with their breakfast, we took the small oven toast but it is less practical than a real good toaster. We are asked to bring our garbage to the rental office (Select Real Estate), but for us who were on a motorcycle, we do not really have the space to bring the garbage with us.... We wouldn't have minded paying a overcharge of +/-$25 to have the opportunity to leave our garbage on site in the trash cans provided for this purpose outside. Otherwise apart from that, we had a memorable stay, thank you!Benoit Blainville, Quebec ( Canada )

Summary: We had a great time at the Giese property in Conway. The house was well-equipped, and was spacious enough for our group of twelve. Our only complaint was the driveway, it was very steep and a bit sandy. A wonderful time was had by all.
